In the app (fastest)
Open the Dawaei app → Settings (gear icon) → "Delete account", then confirm. The account is deleted immediately.
By email
If you can no longer sign in, email hello@dawaei.app from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and the phone number you registered. We confirm the number by SMS and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and every profile you own: medicines, doses, history, prescription photos, assistant conversations, and family members' access to your profiles. Your phone number and name are removed from the account.
What may remain
Security audit records that contain no phone number, name or health data, kept to meet our legal obligations. Doses you recorded in someone else's profile (as a caregiver) stay in their profile, without your name.
