Privacy policy
Draft for legal review before launch. Not to be relied on until reviewed by qualified counsel.
What we collect
On this site: name, phone number, optional email, area, and pharmacy name when you apply for the pilot. In the app: the medicines and doses you, or people you authorize, enter, and the prescription photos you choose to have read.
How we use it
To contact you about the pilot launch and to run the app services you ask for. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Sharing
Your health data is shared only with family members you give access to yourself, or with a pharmacy you choose once that service is available, and only as far as you choose to share.
Service providers and processing outside Jordan
Data is stored on servers in Germany (DigitalOcean), and sign-in codes and notifications go through Google Firebase (United States); the service needs these to work. Only with your separate consent: prescription photos and general assistant questions are read by DeepSeek (China), and usage statistics without health data go to PostHog (United States).
Your consent
The app asks for your explicit consent before any processing outside Jordan and records when you gave it. You can withdraw either optional consent at any time in Settings, and the related processing stops.
Security and retention
Sensitive data is encrypted and access is restricted. Sign-up details are kept until the end of the pilot or until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data using the contact details at the bottom of the page.
